A delicious and easy No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, coconut, and pecans.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with reserved coconut and pecans if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of espresso powder to the melted chocolate.
- You can also substitute the pecans with walnuts for a different nutty taste.
