Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No Bake Monster Cookie Dough Cheesecake that combines the flavors of cookie dough and cheesecake without the need for baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup mini M&M’s
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, and salt.
  8. Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
  10. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  11. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake filling.
  • You can substitute the mini M&M’s with chopped nuts or other candies for a different twist.
