Description
A delicious and easy-to-make No Bake Monster Cookie Dough Cheesecake that combines the flavors of cookie dough and cheesecake without the need for baking.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup mini M&M’s
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, and salt.
- Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake filling.
- You can substitute the mini M&M’s with chopped nuts or other candies for a different twist.
