Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie that combines the salty crunch of pretzels with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Optional: crushed pretzels, chocolate drizzle, peanut butter drizzle for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled pretzel crust.
  4. Heat the heavy cream until hot (but not boiling). Pour it over the chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth to create a chocolate ganache.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with crushed pretzels, chocolate drizzle, or peanut butter drizzle before slicing.

Notes
