Description
A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie that combines the salty crunch of pretzels with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional: crushed pretzels, chocolate drizzle, peanut butter drizzle for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled pretzel crust.
- Heat the heavy cream until hot (but not boiling). Pour it over the chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth to create a chocolate ganache.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
- Top with crushed pretzels, chocolate drizzle, or peanut butter drizzle before slicing.
Notes
- Make sure to refrigerate the pie long enough for it to set properly.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Feel free to adjust the toppings based on your preference.
