A delicious and easy No-Bake Turtle Pie featuring layers of chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the cooled chocolate, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-caramel mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the pecans for decoration. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
