Description

A delicious and easy No-Bake Turtle Pie featuring layers of chocolate, caramel, and pecans, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the cooled chocolate, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-caramel mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  7. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the pecans for decoration. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious no-bake turtle pie!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • You can substitute the pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different nutty flavor.
