Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Oreo Cherry Chocolate Chip No Bake Cheesecake that combines the rich flavors of cream cheese, cherry pie filling, and chocolate chips, all on a crunchy Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer, then sprinkle with half of the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture on top, followed by the rest of the cherry pie filling and chocolate chips.
  6. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. To serve, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake into wedges.
