Description
Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Rolls are a fun and delicious treat that combines the flavors of cheesecake and sushi in a unique way.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed (about 10 cookies)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Fresh fruit slices (strawberries, bananas, or kiwi) for filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the Oreo cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and add fresh fruit slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Once rolled, refrigerate the sushi rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a fun twist, try using flavored tortillas, such as strawberry or chocolate, to complement the filling.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce over the sliced rolls for an extra touch of sweetness.
