Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)

- Whole Oreo cookies for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, place whole Oreo cookies on top of the batter for decoration.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the pie to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
