Ingredients
- 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup whipped topping

- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the cooled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to the filling.
- You can substitute the Oreo crust with a graham cracker crust for a different flavor profile.
