Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the fillets generously with the olive oil mixture.
