Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the fillets generously with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets for added flavor and garnish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy your salmon with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture.
- You can also substitute the salmon with other fish like trout or tilapia for a different flavor profile.
