Peanut Butter Crunch Lasagna Delight is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines layers of graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter, whipped cream, and chocolate for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and half of the chopped peanuts. Spread this mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and the remaining chopped peanuts evenly over the marshmallow layer. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, cut into squares and drizzle with additional chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
- For a healthier twist, substitute half of the peanut butter with Greek yogurt.
- Add layers of sliced bananas or strawberries for a fruity flavor boost.
