Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Peanut Butter S’mores Cake that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with creamy peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 whole graham crackers
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, broken into squares
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each graham cracker.
- Place a square of chocolate on top of the peanut butter on half of the graham crackers.
- Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate on each of those crackers.
- Top with the remaining peanut butter-covered graham crackers to make sandwiches.
- Place the sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the warm s’mores before serving.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot.
Notes
- For a chocolatey twist, use chocolate peanut butter instead of regular peanut butter.
- Add sliced bananas or strawberries inside the s’mores for a fruity flavor boost.
