Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Peanut Butter S’mores Cake that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with creamy peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 whole graham crackers
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate, broken into squares
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each graham cracker.
  4. Place a square of chocolate on top of the peanut butter on half of the graham crackers.
  5. Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate on each of those crackers.
  6. Top with the remaining peanut butter-covered graham crackers to make sandwiches.
  7. Place the sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  8. If desired, drizzle honey over the warm s’mores before serving.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot.

Notes

  • For a chocolatey twist, use chocolate peanut butter instead of regular peanut butter.
  • Add sliced bananas or strawberries inside the s’mores for a fruity flavor boost.
