- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Garlic Butter:
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, diced (or ½ tsp dried)
For Serving:
- Warmed marinara sauce (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Stir in the minced garlic, red chili flakes, and oregano. Set aside.
- Slice the Rolls:
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half without separating them.
- Place the bottom half in the prepared baking pan.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Brush ⅓ of the garlic butter on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the provolone cheese, sliced pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top.
- Add the Topping:
- Brush the remaining garlic butter generously over the top of the rolls.
- Bake:
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20–22 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 3–5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve:
- Let the sliders cool slightly.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
