Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pimentos, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add the diced pimentos, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or a spatula for this step.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
