Ingredients
- 2 rings (13.9 oz each) Kielbasa
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (reserve ½ cup juice)
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Kielbasa – Slice kielbasa into ¼-inch sections, stopping before cutting all the way through.
- Cut into Bites – Slice into bite-sized sections (3-4 rings per piece).
- Make the Glaze – In a bowl, mix reserved pineapple juice, molasses, and brown sugar.
- Coat the Ingredients – Toss kielbasa and pineapple chunks in the sauce until well coated.
- Air Fryer Method – Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Substitute honey for molasses if desired.
