Ingredients

  • 2 rings (13.9 oz each) Kielbasa
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (reserve ½ cup juice)
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kielbasa – Slice kielbasa into ¼-inch sections, stopping before cutting all the way through.
  2. Cut into Bites – Slice into bite-sized sections (3-4 rings per piece).
  3. Make the Glaze – In a bowl, mix reserved pineapple juice, molasses, and brown sugar.
  4. Coat the Ingredients – Toss kielbasa and pineapple chunks in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Air Fryer Method – Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
