Description

A delightful Pink M&M Snickers Cheesecake that is sure to impress your guests with its vibrant color and delicious flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 cup pink M&M’s
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup pink food coloring (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. Then, heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds until dissolved. Stir the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add sour cream and pink food coloring to the mixture, stirring until evenly colored. Fold in the chopped Snickers and pink M&M’s.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Decorate the top with additional pink M&M’s and chopped Snickers if desired.

Notes

  • For a chocolate crust, substitute half of the graham cracker crumbs with chocolate cookie crumbs.
  • Add a layer of chocolate ganache on top of the cheesecake before serving for an extra indulgent treat.
