Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- Graham crackers or apple slices for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in the chopped peanuts until fully coated.
- Serve with graham crackers or apple slices for dipping.
