Description

Indulge in the rich and decadent Reese’s Peanut Butter Brownie Cake, a perfect treat for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top after the cake has cooled.
  • You can also substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips for a sweeter taste.
