Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or dressing of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bacon, blue cheese, shredded carrots, green bell pepper, and black olives.
  2. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
