  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  4. Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl with the vegetables.
  5. Squeeze the lime juice over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.

Notes

  • For added crunch, consider mixing in some diced cucumber or bell peppers.
