- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- Return the shrimp to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
- For a spicier dish, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes or sliced fresh chili peppers when sautéing the garlic and ginger.
- Substitute bok choy with other greens like spinach or kale for a different flavor profile.
