Description

A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe for balsamic shredded beef using just four ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, beef broth, and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the balsamic mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
