Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by the mini marshmallows.
- Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a twist, add a layer of peanut butter or Nutella before adding the chocolate chips.
