S’Mores Cobbler is a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a warm, gooey dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until just combined. The batter will be thick.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) evenly over the batter.
- Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, add an extra 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the batter.
- Substitute the walnuts with crushed pretzels for a salty crunch that complements the sweetness.
