S’Mores Cobbler is a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a warm, gooey dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until just combined. The batter will be thick.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) evenly over the batter.
