Description

This dreamy layered dessert takes everything you love about classic s’mores—graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows—and transforms it into a no-bake lasagna-style treat. Creamy, crunchy, and nostalgic, it’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you want to wow a crowd.

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
2½ cups cold milk
1 box graham crackers
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.

  • Spread a thin layer of pudding across the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Add a single layer of graham crackers over the pudding base.

  • Spread half of the remaining chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.

  • Gently spread half of the marshmallow crème on top, followed by half the whipped topping.

  • Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips over the cream layer.

  • Repeat the graham cracker, pudding, marshmallow crème, and whipped topping layers once more.

  • Top with a final sprinkle of mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top if desired.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best texture.

Notes

Letting the lasagna chill overnight helps the layers meld together for easier slicing.
Use chocolate graham crackers for an extra-rich twist.
For an extra toasty flavor, torch the top marshmallows before serving.
