Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
2½ cups cold milk
1 box graham crackers
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
