Description

Indulge in this decadent Snickers Cheesecake, a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and peanuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 45 bars)
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  5. Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door open, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
  • You can substitute the Snickers bars with other candy bars like Reese’s or Milky Way for a different twist.
