Description

A rich and creamy Snickers Pecan Cheesecake topped with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 bars)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Stir in the sour cream, chopped Snickers bars, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  10. Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake batter for a chocolate twist.
