Description
A rich and creamy Snickers Pecan Cheesecake topped with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 bars)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the sour cream, chopped Snickers bars, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake batter for a chocolate twist.
- Top with whipped cream and additional chopped Snickers and pecans for an extra indulgent presentation.
