Description

A delicious and indulgent Snickers Pie that combines creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and crunchy Snickers bars for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 regular-sized bars)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. While the pie is chilling, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  6. Once the pie has set, remove it from the refrigerator and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top. Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars evenly over the chocolate.
  7. Return the pie to the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, add chopped peanuts on top of the Snickers for extra crunch.
  • Substitute the Snickers with your favorite candy bars, like Reese’s or Twix, for a different flavor twist.
