Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
