- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the soy sauce and sriracha, stirring to combine everything well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For added crunch, toss in some chopped peanuts or cashews just before serving.
- Substitute the chicken with tofu or shrimp for a different protein option. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
