Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1–2 Thai bird’s eye chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

- If using, fold in the chopped cilantro for added freshness.
- Let the sauce sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, grilled meats, or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls.
Notes
- For a sweeter sauce, increase the sugar to 3 tablespoons.
