Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), ½ cup cottage cheese, ¼ cup fresh spinach (chopped), ½ cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, ¼ cup olive oil, salt and pepper (to taste).

Preheat & Prep – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mix the Ingredients – Add cottage cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
