  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. If using a store-bought pie crust, place it in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. If using homemade, roll it out and fit it into the dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Layer the chopped spinach, diced tomato, onion, and bell pepper evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
  6. Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
