Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and milk until well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly incorporated.
