Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
