- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately, either on its own or in hoagie rolls if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce while cooking the vegetables.
- You can also substitute the flank steak with chicken or turkey for a different protein option.
