Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, honey, diced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. You may need to use your hands to fully incorporate the mixture.
  4. Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. After chilling, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
