Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cream or milk
- 1 cup warm milk
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast:
- In a small bowl, mix warm milk (110°F) with active dry yeast.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture.
- Mix until the dough starts coming together.
- Knead for 8-10 minutes until soft and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Make the Strawberry Filling:
- In a saucepan, combine diced strawberries, cornstarch, and granulated sugar.
- Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Let cool before spreading on dough.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Once risen, roll the dough into a large rectangle (1/4-inch thick).
- Spread the strawberry filling evenly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
- Roll & Cut the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Use a sharp knife to slice into 12 even rolls.
- Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Second Rise & Bake:
- Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Prepare the Vanilla Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract.
