Strawberry Lasagna is a delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy filling with fresh strawberries and a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture, then spoon the strawberry pie filling over the strawberries, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it to cover the pie filling completely.
- If desired, sprinkle sliced almonds on top for added crunch.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
- You can also use other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a mixed berry lasagna.
