- 2 cups fresh string beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

- Add the string beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and string beans, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

- You can substitute the string beans with broccoli or bell peppers for a different vegetable option.
