  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink.
