Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the trimmed green beans and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to become tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and the green beans to become fully tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
