Ingredients

For the egg rolls: cooked chicken (shredded or diced), black beans (drained and rinsed), corn kernels, shredded Mexican blend cheese, diced jalapeños (optional for heat), chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper, egg roll wrappers, oil for frying.

For the dipping sauce: store bought creamy avocado sauce.


Instructions
