Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:

- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend the Base:

- Gradually add sugars, mixing until well combined.

- Combine & Fold:

- Shape & Space:
- Drop ¼-cup portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 3 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each cookie with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake & Cool:
