Ingredients
Saltine crackers, butter, light brown sugar, white chocolate chips, green chocolate melts, St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles.
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray, and arrange the crackers in a single layer.
- Make the Toffee: Melt butter and brown sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir continuously until bubbly and caramel-like (about 2 minutes).
- Coat the Crackers: Pour the hot toffee over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 7 minutes until the toffee is set.
- Melt the Chocolate: While baking, melt the green chocolate melts in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Add the White Chocolate: Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the toffee. Let them melt, spreading evenly with a spatula. If needed, return to the oven for 1 minute to help melt.
- Swirl & Decorate: Drizzle melted green chocolate on top and swirl with a butter knife for a marbled effect. Immediately sprinkle with St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles.
- Cool & Break: Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened. Once set, break into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
