- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- ½ cup flour (all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten-free blend)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
Optional Toppings: Extra sliced strawberries, powdered sugar, maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend & Pour: Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep pancakes fluffy. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle sliced strawberries on top.

- Serve & Enjoy: Slice into squares and serve with your favorite toppings like powdered sugar, extra berries, or maple syrup.
Notes
