Ingredients
2 tablespoons tropical syrup (pineapple-mango or similar)
Juice of 1 lime
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
1 passion fruit
150 to 200 ml coconut water
½ tablespoon acai berry powder (such as Rawnice brand)
Ice cubes
For garnish:
Fresh mint leaves
Lime slices
Optional:
Tropical fruit chunks for topping
Instructions

In a small glass, stir 50 ml of the coconut water with the acai berry powder until well combined. Set aside.

In a larger serving glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and tropical syrup. Lightly muddle to release the mint aroma.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the remaining coconut water, then slowly top with the acai mixture for a layered effect.
