Description

Escape to paradise with this refreshing Tropical Mojito Mocktail! Bursting with juicy lime, sweet pineapple-mango syrup, and a pop of antioxidant-rich acai, this vibrant drink is a cool, fruity twist on a classic mojito—without the alcohol. Perfect for poolside sipping or a healthy happy hour.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons tropical syrup (pineapple-mango or similar)
Juice of 1 lime
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
1 passion fruit
150 to 200 ml coconut water
½ tablespoon acai berry powder (such as Rawnice brand)
Ice cubes

For garnish:
Fresh mint leaves
Lime slices

Optional:
Tropical fruit chunks for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small glass, stir 50 ml of the coconut water with the acai berry powder until well combined. Set aside.

  2. In a larger serving glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and tropical syrup. Lightly muddle to release the mint aroma.

  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour in the remaining coconut water, then slowly top with the acai mixture for a layered effect.

  5. Scoop the seeds from the passion fruit and add to the glass.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint, lime slices, and optional fruit chunks. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.

Notes

You can substitute the tropical syrup with homemade pineapple-mango syrup for a more natural flavor. To make it kid-friendly or party-ready, prepare the syrup in advance and chill it. Use a clear glass to highlight the drink’s vibrant color layers.
