- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- For the mustard cream:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked tuna, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.

- You can substitute the tuna with canned salmon or chicken for a different flavor profile.
