  • 1 can (12 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, eggs, and milk until smooth. Add the drained tuna, green onions, cheddar cheese, and parsley (if using). Stir until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
