Description
A delicious Twix Cheesecake that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake with the delightful crunch of Twix bars.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
- 1 cup chocolate sauce, divided
- 1 cup chopped Twix bars (about 4–5 bars)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle half of the chopped Twix bars over the top. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top and smooth the surface.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set.
- Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel and chocolate sauces over the top and sprinkle with the remaining chopped Twix bars.
Notes
- For a no-bake version, skip the baking step for the crust and chill the cheesecake mixture for at least 6 hours until firm.
- Add a layer of chocolate ganache on top before chilling for an extra rich flavor.
