Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard into the beef mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
Take a waffle cone and fill it with a layer of tater tots, followed by a generous scoop of the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Repeat the filling process for all six cones, placing them upright in a muffin tin to hold their shape.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each cone.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
