Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large waffle cones
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard into the beef mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Take a waffle cone and fill it with a layer of tater tots, followed by a generous scoop of the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat the filling process for all six cones, placing them upright in a muffin tin to hold their shape.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each cone.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
